He was born on January 10, 1972 in the village of Adımova in the Hamur district of Ağrı. After completing his primary and secondary education in Manisa, he got into the Physics Department of Fırat University, Faculty of Science. In the second year of the faculty, he won the Naval Petty Officer Vocational School and continued his higher education here and successfully graduated. After serving 7 years in the Turkish Armed Forces (SAT - Underwater Attack Command), he left his beloved position in 1999 and switched to civilian life. In the same year, he founded “Ekol Group Companies”, one of the first corporate companies of the Private Security Sector.
Within 9 companies operating in protection and safety, training, occupational health and safety management, integrated facility management, cleaning, park, garden and landscape, sports, polygons (shooting range), as well as the Gorazde University in Bosnia and including the first private Technology Development Center - CEOTEKMER.

He was born in 1967. In 1990, after graduating from the Faculty of Gulhane Military Medical Academy Gulhane Military Medical University, he began his residency training in Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology Service in Haydarpasa Training Hospital in Istanbul. He was an Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology specialist in 1997. He began his academic career as an assistant professor in 1999 and he was appointed an associate professor in 2004 and full professor in 2010. He attended to the Observation Program about ‘Transplantation Infections’ in Mayo Clinic in 2012. He retired from the Turkish armed forces and he was appointed as a lecturer to Istanbul Medical Faculty, Department of infectious diseases and clinical Microbiology in 2014. He was appointed as Vice Dean of Istanbul University Istanbul Medical Faculty in June 2015. Currently serving as professor and Vice Dean at the same institution. Dr. Oncul is married with two children.

He worked as a research assistant during the years 1999-2007 at Istanbul Law Faculty in Private International Law Department. Giray was appointed as an assistant professor in 2008 and appointed as an associate professor due to thesis named "Compensation Arising From Expropriation in International Investment Arbitration and The Methods Used in the Calculation of Compensation" in 2013. He gives courses on Private International Law, International Civil Procedural Law and Migration Law for under graduates and International Investment Law and International Family and Child Law for postgraduate students at Istanbul Law Faculty.

Performed clinical trials on phase I to IV, has documents at the FDA, was investigator and principal Investigator in many international multicenter hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes studies, is Chairperson of the Ethics Committee of Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, was Ethics Consultant of the IMI SAFE-T project, was Vice-Director of the IU Drug Research Center (2015-2020) , is Vice-Director of the IU Center of Excellence for Clinical Research, was Chairperson (2017-2019) is Steering Board Member of International Clinical Trial Centers Network, Chairperson Atherosclerosis Society Turkey and Steering Board Member of the Istanbul University Center of Biotechnology and Genetical Engineering, was Erasmus Coordinator and Head of Turkish-German Medical Affairs of the Faculty for years became Clinical Hypertension Specialist of the European Society of Hypertension at 2020. Speaks Turkish, German & English, is married, has a daughter. Scientific interests; translational science, clinical research, biomarkers, atherosclerosis (hypertension and dislipidemia in particular), pharmacogenetics, stress and neuroscience. Personal interests; music, writing, variety of sports. Plays wind instruments at the Mozaik Music Group since 1984 with intervals.

Professor Doctor Murat Şeker is a faculty member at Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Finance. He is also the director of the Istanbul University City Policy Application and Research Center, of which he is among the founders. He graduated from Istanbul University Economics Undergraduate Program in 2003. He received the title of Doctor in 2009, as a result of his thesis studies at Florida State University. During his stay abroad, he worked as an assistant at Florida Tax Watch, a research organization. He was a visiting lecturer at Florida State University in 2011 with the TÜBİTAK project on "Happiness Economics" and in 2016 as a Fulbright Senior Scholar at Georgia State University. He worked as an executive, consultant, expert and researcher in national and international projects, especially in UNDEF, ILO, IBP, AB-CFCU, TUBITAK and Development Agencies. Having published national and international articles, papers and books in economics, finance and multidisciplinary fields, Şeker received the title of Professor in 2017. In recent years, Şeker has concentrated his projects and researches on quality of life and competition indices at the regional, provincial and district level. Areas of Interest: public economy, public budget, local governments, project management, quality of life research and happiness economy.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bora Yıldız was born in Sarıkamış in 1984.
